What is Poser?
According to the official website of the program Poser is ‘A character design tool for artists, illustrators and animators. Easily create 3D figures from ready-to-use human and animal models.’ ^^; so it's not a for making 3d models but you can import ones you made into it if you so wish for rendering and adding bones.
Where can I get this program?
This is the official website where you can get it from. Be warned it might be out of the price range for some. A website called Daz has their own beta program like poser called Daz Studio. It is best you try that out firs
